      <div>
        Yes. Generating API access tokens and using the Tenderly API are available on the paid plan. To enable them for your account, [contact our sales team](https://tenderly.co/contact-us) to schedule a call and discuss upgrading your plan.

      <div>
        To generate an [access token](/platform/account/projects/api-tokens), navigate to your organization in the Tenderly Dashboard and open the **Access Tokens** page.

        Click **Create Access Token**, enter a name, choose the scope (**All projects** or **One project**), optionally set an expiration date, and click **Create Token**. Copy the token secret immediately; it is displayed only once.

      <hr className="dark:border-neutral-800" />

      <div>
        Requests to a project your token doesn't have access to return `404 Project not found`. This happens when a global token or a personal access token targets a [restricted project](/platform/account/projects/restricted-projects), or when a project token targets any project other than its own. If you get this error for a restricted project, authenticate with a [project token](/platform/account/projects/api-tokens#project-tokens) scoped to it.

      <hr className="dark:border-neutral-800" />

      <div>
        Only if global tokens were reaching it. When you [restrict a project](/platform/account/projects/restricted-projects#restrict-an-existing-project), every global token loses access to that project while continuing to work everywhere else. The dashboard warns you with the number of affected tokens before you confirm, so you can create project tokens for those integrations first. Project tokens are unaffected.

      <div>
        You can use the following API endpoint to fetch the latest block number. For programmatic transaction simulation, see the [Simulation API](/simulations/quickstart):

        ```bash title="example" showLineNumbers theme={"theme":{"light":"catppuccin-latte","dark":"catppuccin-mocha"}}
        GET https://api.tenderly.co/api/v1/network/{network-id}/block-number
